It's functionality: It's not complicated to use and you can create an email in minutes, rather than hours that looks great and does what it intends. I also like the phone function and that I can have a business number, and receive calls through my mobile with no fuss. It's all so easy. I'm now looking into the WhatsApp service - which is going to be a game changer and again solves another problem for us.

One of the best things about Brevo is that I don't have to pay to store my contacts. I only pay for the amount of emails I send. This makes it convenient to not worry about storage space/limits. I also really love the feature where I can send out emails over a period of time rather than all at once. This makes building segments less work because I don't have to worry about size or sending multiple copies of the same email template.

Since I started using Brevo, the first thing that caught my attention was how easy it is to use, making it totally easy to manage my email marketing campaigns. Creating a campaign takes minutes, not hours; and automation, ufff! It’s a wonder. We set up workflows so that emails are sent out on their own based on what the user does. For example, if someone abandons the cart, they automatically receive a discount email. And it works! You won't find another service that offers dynamic retargeting in the same way as Brevo, which is one of its main strengths.
