The best part about Oyster is the service in itself - it intermediates and offers solutions for international employment, that otherwise would not be possible in the case of employers outside your country of residence. Great suggestion for health benefits offering/ international insurance. The app is pretty simple and straight-forward to use for your employment details at a glance. I also appreciate the reminders for various tasks, which otherwise may be easy to lose sight of, and the quick resolution of tickets.

Oyster HR offers four pricing tiers.

  1. Contractor plan to hire, pay, and manage contractors, starting at $29 per contractor per month. 
  2. Global Payroll plan to pay your direct employees, starting at $25 per employee per month. 
  3. Employer of Record plan to hire, pay, and manage full-timers, starting at $699 per employee per month. 
  4. Scale plan, an annual plan for 3+ EOR hires; custom pricing.

There is a 30-day free trial included in the Contractor plan.
