I like the platform. It is easy to get where I need to go in the platform. It is easy to add new hires. I haven't had to worry about payroll since I've been using Oyster. It has been so easy to make sure our UK contractors get paid on time. We have now added an employee in Spain and it was super easy. Oyster is doing something right when it comes to Support. I have had timely, thorough, and caring responses from the support team. You truly do not find what they have any longer. Great job, Oyster!

I have used a couple of different EOR providers over the years and I would say that Oyster has been the best. They stand out based on the following: (1) Communication; our Account Manager and Onboarding Manager are excellent, they ensure that we receive quick and clear guidance on any matter, in any country; (2) Visibility; the platform is extremely useful and allows us to see pay and absence information, which is useful for checking and audit purposes; (3) Expert Advice; Oyster are happy to jump on a call and discuss matters with you, and are flexible in working with us to achieve our aims.

The best part about Oyster is the service in itself - it intermediates and offers solutions for international employment, that otherwise would not be possible in the case of employers outside your country of residence. Great suggestion for health benefits offering/ international insurance. The app is pretty simple and straight-forward to use for your employment details at a glance. I also appreciate the reminders for various tasks, which otherwise may be easy to lose sight of, and the quick resolution of tickets.
