  • Cubbie’s expert-vetted content and “Kits” are for informational use only.
  • While expert insights are provided, Cubbie does not warrant that these tools will meet your specific needs.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, trademarks, logos, product names, and service names belong to their respective owners or to Cubbie.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, or distribute any content from Cubbie.com without express written permission.

7. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.

  • Any disputes shall be brought in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
