"Find anything. Protect everything."
We love this product because it seamlessly syncs files across devices, making access and collaboration effortless.
I’ve been using Dropbox for a while now, and honestly, it’s been super reliable. What I like most is how seamless the file syncing is across devices — I can start working on something on my laptop and pick it up right where I left off on my phone or another computer. It’s also great for sharing large files; I’ve used it a lot to send project folders without worrying about email limits.
What I like most about Dropbox is that it just works. No weird settings, no fuss drag a file into the folder and boom, it’s on all my devices. I’m constantly switching between my laptop, phone, and work computer, so having my stuff synced without even thinking about it is a lifesaver.I also use it a ton to share files with other people. Instead of messing around with huge email attachments, I just send a Dropbox link and we’re good. And being able to go back to older versions of a file? Total lifesaver more than once.
Dropbox is incredibly reliable for managing, organizing, and sharing large creative files. We use it daily to store project folders, archive video edits, and deliver high-resolution assets to clients. The interface is clean and simple, and the file sharing experience is fast, intuitive, and professional—which is crucial when working with stakeholders outside our organization.
Dropbox allows me to save hard drive space and take my documents on the go so I can access all my files from any computer and phone. Dropbox also backs up photos from my phone automatically and allows me to scan and upload documents in one shot. I also love how documents shared to me via Dropbox and can be saved directly to my account. Dropbox also allows me to safely and securely share files and folders with others and withdraw access at any time as well.
We have been using Dropbox for about 3 years, and we never looked back at other platforms to switch from Dropbox. Because, we love using it and the UI is great. Our team uses Dropbox to manage files and store our website backups externally instead of storing them on our server. The pricing is reasonable, and it's more than enough for us. Dropbox mobiles apps helps us to sync, and upload the files from any device, and it helps us a lot.
As someone managing multiple brands and markets, what I like best about Dropbox is how easy it makes file organisation and sharing across teams. It’s super helpful for storing large creative assets, especially when working with regional teams and clients. The ability to give access, manage folders, and track updates without back-and-forth emails really saves time and keeps things seamless.
