The org chart is fantastic; in the back office functions (HR, Finance etc) pulling information out is so simple and is helping ensure our data is correct.
I love the ability to build workflows that align with our processes. HiBob offers greater flexibility to design these workflows than I have seen in other HRIS systems I have used. I also cannot stress our implementation experience and our implementation manager was excellent - they took the time to understand our priorities and strategy and aligned our implementation plan accordingly.
