We have been using Bob for 2 years now and are continuing to find ways to improve our efficiency. The best thing about Bob is access to data - from our CEO, to managers, and individual contributors, everyone loves the transparency and that they can get the info they need directly. The org chart is fantastic; in the back office functions (HR, Finance etc) pulling information out is so simple and is helping ensure our data is correct.

I love the ability to build workflows that align with our processes. HiBob offers greater flexibility to design these workflows than I have seen in other HRIS systems I have used. I also cannot stress our implementation experience and our implementation manager was excellent - they took the time to understand our priorities and strategy and aligned our implementation plan accordingly.

Bob allows you to integrate all the information and processes in one place to help leaders and the organization in people management. The implementation and customer support are quick and simple.

I like that task lists and self-service flows are so easy to set up. It helps to streamline our processes and allow admins and users to make various changes, which then trigger tasks for specific people to ensure we follow the appropriate steps. I also like the way it can be easily integrated with other apps like Slack.
