Additionally, the integration with rideshare providers makes it seamless by auto-importing all my rides so that I can attach them to an expense report without manually entering each individual ride.

Rydoo is an excellent video calling application made exclusively for partners and companies, has a very modern and functional interface, and also has a great sound quality.
Having previously come from an organisation with a very manual 'spreadsheets/PDF/email thread' method, Rydoo has been a breath of fresh air. Paying for something on the go... just snap a photo of the receipt and it automatically gets logged. Booking a train on your laptop, just drag and drop the PDF confirmation into the website. At the end of the week, I give everything a quick once over, and submit! I can even track the progress of being approved/paid so I know when I can expect my reimbursements to arrive.
The receipt scan option makes it easy to upload my receipts but also saves time in entering the details like amount, currency and merchant. I also like the PDF expense reports.
