I use Rydoo to submit expenses for travel. What I really like is it autoloads our per diem for the days I'm traveling. Having previously come from an organisation with a very manual 'spreadsheets/PDF/email thread' method, Rydoo has been a breath of fresh air. Paying for something on the go... just snap a photo of the receipt and it automatically gets logged. Booking a train on your laptop, just drag and drop the PDF confirmation into the website. At the end of the week, I give everything a quick once over, and submit! I can even track the progress of being approved/paid so I know when I can expect my reimbursements to arrive.
