Our users love it - they are done once they submit their items. They no longer have to save receipts until the monthly report is due. As the Admin, I love that it integrates and syncs with our accounting software so quickly, it is an immediate benefit for department heads looking at their reporting.
We love the cash back and partner benefits as well as the dashboard that displays our monthly spend in each of our departments. Integration with Sage Intacct was super easy and intuitive.
It is so much easier to take a picture of receipts on-the-spot, rather than collecting them and submitting them via a traditional expense report.
Ramp has truly made life with company card, expense tracking and vendor management and payables! Having working in the finance field for 23 years, I have had vast experience with many softwares. Ramp is one of my favorites and is easy to set-up or disable users, track vendor expenses, and reimbursements.
I use Ramp daily. They are constantly upgrading and making improvements. It is very user friendly. I love that I can export into Quickbooks instead of handkeying everything like I was doing prior to Ramp. I love that I can download a zip file that contains all of the receipts at one time. I love that I can send reminders with just a click.
