Programs Lead, Conference and Voices
The room on 10 December, and the network that outlasts it.
On 10 December 2026 there are 300 seats at the Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco with Cubbie's name on them. Filling them is yours. So is the programme in the room, the speakers on the stage, and the relationships that outlast the day: the operators we interview and publish, and the professional communities that bring their people with them. You will have the ticketing, the registration flow, the speaker pipeline and the publishing tools already built. What decides whether this event matters is who is in the room, and that is a judgement and a phone call, not a system.
By day ninety
Every speaker request answered inside a week, and a programme locked with named speakers confirmed in writing. Sold seats in the hundreds with a repeatable reason people are buying, and enough lead time left to fill the rest. Twelve published interviews with operators worth reading, not twelve invitations sent. And the first professional communities brought on with their members attached rather than a logo on a page.
