When an existing customer renews through Cubbie, the fee drops to 1%. This covers ongoing transaction processing and platform infrastructure.
Example: A buyer purchases your $10,000/year product through Cubbie. You pay $500 (5%) on the first year. When they renew the following year, you pay $100 (1%). You keep $9,500 on the initial deal and $9,900 on every renewal.

Buyers never pay more on Cubbie than they would buying direct. No surcharges, no markups, no hidden fees. The vendor commission is separate and never passed to the buyer.
