Head of Buyer Accounts
The buyer relationships, and the revenue that comes with them.
Every company runs on software it cannot fully see. Cubbie is where a company puts its whole stack in one place and finds what it should be running instead. The companies already tracking their stack here carry millions of dollars of annual software spend between them, and that is the most valuable dataset in the business. You own what happens next: which companies come on, whether their stack actually gets loaded, and whether they consolidate, renew and buy through Cubbie once it is. You will pick the segment, run the conversations yourself, and decide what the product has to do for these buyers before they move real budget through it.
The tour
This role runs as a two-year tour. That is the term on both sides. Near the end of it we sit down together and decide whether to run another one.
You will know in your first week what the tour is for: what you own, what has to be true by the end of it, and how that is measured.
By day ninety
Fifty companies with a complete stack loaded and a named person inside each one who treats Cubbie as part of their week. Paid transactions running through Cubbie, with a written account of what it took to get each one. A segment called: the size, industry and buying moment where Cubbie wins, with the evidence behind it. And the three things buyers would not do, handed over specifically enough to be built.
