Sign up, pick the buyer, vendor, or partner roles that fit, and set up the company profile Cubbie reuses everywhere.

1. Go to cubbie.com/signup and create your account with your work email.
2. Confirm your email if prompted, then sign in.
Choose your roles
Right after signup, Cubbie asks which roles describe you. Pick at least one — you can select more than one, and you can change this later.
- Buyer: track subscriptions, spend, renewals, and approvals for your company. Most teams start here.
- Vendor: list your product on the marketplace, publish offers, respond to quote requests, and receive payouts through Stripe Connect.
- Partner: launch a branded perks portal for your audience and earn commissions on the deals it drives.
Your selection shapes which dashboard sections and metric tiles you see first. It does not lock you out of anything — add another role whenever your needs change.
Complete your company profile
Cubbie keeps one canonical company profile across every surface (buyer workspace, vendor profile, partner portal):
- Company name and website: captured at signup and reused everywhere, including invite emails and your public profiles.
- Billing email: where receipts and invoices are sent. Review it under Account settings.
- Industry, team size, and annual revenue range: asked during onboarding so recommendations and benchmarks fit companies like yours.
- Logo: upload once and every Cubbie surface inherits the same brand mark.
What happens next
Onboarding branches by company size — smaller teams are guided to connect spend data first, larger teams to departments and SSO. Wherever you land, the fastest path to value is the same:
1. Connect a data source so your stack shows up automatically.
2. Review your subscription registry and assign owners.
3. Turn on renewal alerts so nothing auto-renews unseen.
If you get interrupted, onboarding saves your progress and you can resume later from your dashboard.
