Export your data

From your Account page, the account data section lets you export everything Cubbie holds about you as a GDPR-compliant ZIP archive.

1. Request the export from the account page.

2. Cubbie assembles the archive and gives you a signed download link.

3. Download promptly — the link expires after 7 days. You can request a fresh export anytime.

Delete your account

Deletion is deliberately a two-step process, so one bad day cannot erase your history:

1. Request deletion from the same account section.

2. A 14-day cooling period begins. Nothing is removed during the window, you keep full access, and the scheduled date is shown so there is no ambiguity.

3. After the window passes, Cubbie erases your profile, sessions, and feedback submissions.

What is retained

Some records survive deletion because the law requires it: financial, tax, and audit records are retained as legally required. Everything else tied to your profile is removed.

Before you delete

• Export your data first — the archive is not available after erasure completes.
• If your goal is to leave an organization rather than Cubbie entirely, transfer ownership of any orgs you own from the account page instead.
• If something pushed you to this page that we could fix, tell us through the message widget in the corner — it reaches the team directly.

Changed your mind?

Cancel anytime within the 14-day window from the same panel on the account page. Access continues uninterrupted, and nothing has been removed yet. After the window closes and erasure runs, the deletion is permanent.
