I’m in SmartSheet everyday and couldn’t function anywhere near as efficiently without it. The sheets, reports, and dashboards are easy to customize and allow my team and our stakeholders to know what’s going on in our various global projects without needing to ask me. The reports especially have been crucial in helping me track what’s coming down the pipeline and plan out realistic timelines for new projects.

This is the best tool I have used as a Project Manager. There are so many features that I could write about, but most importantly you will not need additional tools/software to track projects. The ability to track a project, update timelines based on missed deadlines, share with a customer and have a live document is so important for a successful project.

Smartsheet is easy to use and intuitive. It allows me to create and manage project schedules as a paid user, but I can share with unlimited number of viewers from other companies who are active on my projects. They do not need to be paid users; they can just start a free account. This allows for great collaboration. Everyone I share my schedules with gives me feedback on how easy the program is to use.
