Monday.com is a very friendly project management software. It made juggling tons of projects at once super easy. We used it alongside our trusty Google sheets to keep track of everything, and it even worked with Word so we could share and edit documents all in one place . Monday.com had a color-coding system that helped us see which projects were super important and which ones could wait a bit.

I like the dashboard feature where you can bring data from different boards and compare campaign performance. Unlike some CRMs which are very pre-canned & designed specifically just for new business prosecting, Monday does all of that but can be used to manage customer onboarding, high frequency service requests, internal projects & processes, product backlogs, documentation, & so much more.
