Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of the Cubbie Terms of Service and applies to every purchase Cubbie processes. It covers software bought through the marketplace, Launch Match campaigns bought by vendors, and the Cubbie Points tied to those purchases.

1. Software bought through Cubbie

When you buy software through Cubbie, the vendor’s own refund and cancellation terms apply to that purchase, and Cubbie passes them through to you. Those terms are shown on the offer page and at checkout before you pay, so you can read them before an order becomes binding. When a refund is approved, Cubbie processes it back to the original payment method.

2. Launch Match campaigns

Vendors can buy Launch Match, Cubbie’s launch and distribution campaign. A full refund of the fee you paid is available at any time before the campaign starts. Once a campaign has started, campaign fees are not refundable.

Cubbie’s contribution is Cubbie-funded ad spend for the approved campaign. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, refunded, or used for taxes, platform fees, or previous activity.

3. Cubbie Points

Cubbie Points earned in connection with a purchase are reversed if that purchase is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed. Points have no cash value and are never paid out as part of a refund.

4. Chargebacks and disputes

Cubbie is the merchant of record on the transactions it processes, so a chargeback or payment dispute on one of those transactions is handled by Cubbie. If your bank opens a chargeback, we may suspend your account while it is pending. We may withhold a refund where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of the Terms of Service. If a charge looks wrong, write to us before opening a dispute with your bank.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your Cubbie account and include the order or campaign reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Questions about this policy can go to the same address.

6. This policy and the Terms of Service

This Refund Policy is part of the Cubbie Terms of Service and is read together with them. Where an offer’s own terms say something more specific about refunds or cancellations, the offer’s terms control for that purchase. We may update this policy from time to time; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
