Which purchases earn Cubbie Points?
Only eligible purchases paid through Cubbie earn Points. Check the offer and checkout for the exact reward. Connecting your software, importing an invoice or buying directly from a vendor does not earn Points.
How much is a Point worth?
One Point is worth $0.10 in company credit. Rewards show their Points cost before you redeem. Points are not cash and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
When can I use my Points?
Points appear as pending after an eligible payment and become available after the purchase is fulfilled and the applicable hold ends. Your activity shows the status and expiry date of each award.
Who can use our company's Points?
Points belong to your buyer workspace. Teammates with finance access can view them; spending Points requires payment permission. Personal reward delivery details are visible only to the person who requested them.
What happens after a refund or cancellation?
A refunded or charged-back payment reverses the corresponding Points. Canceling a future renewal stops future earnings; it does not remove Points from a fulfilled purchase that was not refunded. A failed reward redemption returns the Points to your wallet.
Do renewals earn Points?
Eligible renewals paid through Cubbie can earn Points when the offer includes them. A renewal paid directly to the vendor does not earn Points.
