Why claim your profile
Cubbie maintains product profiles across the marketplace, ranked by buyer outcomes rather than ad spend. Claiming yours puts your company in control: claimed profiles unlock richer profile content, offers, quote-request routing, and the analytics in your vendor dashboard.
Claim it
1. Find your product page in the marketplace — search by name.
2. Use the claim action on the page; it routes through the vendor signup at for-vendors with your product pre-selected.
3. Sign in (or create an account) with your work email and confirm the claim from your vendor dashboard.
If your product is not listed yet, add it from the vendor dashboard instead of claiming.
Get verified
Verification proves your company controls the product. From Vendor → Verification, submit your legal entity name and website. Status moves from unverified through review to verified. Verification is the trust gate for marketplace features — buyers can see verified status, and some capabilities stay limited until it completes.
Your quality score
Once a product profile is published, Cubbie computes a blended quality score from four sub-scores, shown at Vendor → Quality with concrete suggestions to improve each one. The score reflects profile depth and buyer-facing signals, and investing here compounds — quality feeds ranking.
Security questionnaires
Buyers ask for security documentation eventually. Vendor → Security questionnaire hosts SIG, CAIQ, and custom templates with an Auto-fill action that populates the answers Cubbie can derive for you; answer the remainder manually and attach evidence links.
