Enterprise License Agreement (ELA)

A multi-year, multi-product, all-you-can-eat contract sold to enterprise customers, typically priced as a flat annual commit.

ELAs let an enterprise consume any product from a vendor''s catalog within the contract term, often with no per-seat or per-usage limits. They show up most often in software categories with broad portfolios (Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe). The trade-off is reduced flexibility: the commit is fixed even if usage drops, and exiting the ELA usually means buying every product separately at list price.
