Rippling streamlines our payroll and HR processes, saving us hours of administrative work each week. Their comprehensive range of services, including payroll, HR, computer logistics, and security, is beyond my expectations at their price point. And their software doesn't feel or act as if it was designed 20 years ago.
Everything is in one place. Surveys, checks, tax information, requests for time off, signing up for trainings - it's all collected into a convenient portal that I use for multiple work activities. In addition, it's easy to navigate, and even when I don't immediately know how to use a feature, it doesn't take me long to learn it.
I like how it is not an overwhelming software to use and very user friendly. I used to use ADP at previous jobs, and I always found it difficult to navigate, but this is the first time I use Rippling, and I love it so far! Especially, the cute little emails we get when it's payday with the super cute gifs. Always gives me a good chuckle.
It has tons of features that makes our lives easier everyday! I love how it is easy to visualize the information and that I can create reports to gather data for analysis. I like to create automations on the platform for reminders etc. Every time we need assistance, we always reach out to to the CS team and they are always available to help us out. I use Rippling everyday and I definitely recommend it.
From submitting time-off requests to accessing your benefits, everything is pretty much right there for you. I also really like the app integrations that are possible with Rippling like Lattice, for example. The laptop/software update reminders from Rippling are also really helpful and I think the pay-day reminders are nice/cute to have as well. Also, upon being hired at my company, using the onboarding check-list through Rippling couldn't have been easier - it was honestly the smoothest onboarding experience I've ever had with an employer.
