I appreciate the customer service communication and timing. Easy to user and very user friendly. Implementing integrations is easy for some apps. I contact Thinkific support frequently as you develop more and more features while we test your enhancements.

I love the variety of multimedia content that is supported when designing courses. Thinkific let us incorporate websites, blogs, video content, and interactive product demos (using Navattic) into a course and launch a fully-featured customer academy within 3-weeks of purchasing. The sales and support folks we've interacted with are also fantastic. Our account executive and solutions engineer were both extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and Thinkific's support team always responds to inquiries within 24-hours. We appreciate it!

Good interface which can be customized to your needs. The videos load well and the setup is straightforward. Support is also quick to respond when I have a question. The implementation team are also responsive.

I love Thinkific Plus for its easy customization, letting me fully brand courses. The platform makes it simple to track student progress with detailed reports and is just simplistic and intuitive to use. It integrates smoothly with other tools, and offers great support! I love How easy it is to create a course, I love the advance reporting and analytics that are offered. I'm a huge fan of the seamless integration that will integrate all of our information into Salesforce. All the way around I was greatly impressed with the trial and the product itself.

In the year we've been using Thinkific, we've noticed several improvements and new features. From an admin perspective, the course builder is intuitive, the admin functions are straightforward to navigate, and launching new courses is a simple process. The recent enhancements to the Analytics experience have been particularly beneficial.

We chose Thinkific based on their support and integrations that are available to hook into our existing system with SSO and ability to offer an addition feature with managers overseeing their people.
