Zoom's interface is clean, intuitive, and user-friendly, making it easy for both tech-savvy and less-experienced users to get started. Joining a meeting is as simple as clicking a link, and setting up your own meeting takes just a few clicks. It is easy to access from almost any device, whether it's a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop.

From an ESL educator’s standpoint, the best feature of Zoom Workplace is how PORTABLE the platform is. I can use the features such as, sharing a screen, collaborating into groups, and using a whiteboard that is live for students which in turn, keeps them active. It means that if a teacher has many students in the class, the platform provides a reliable option for communication.

I frequently use Zoom Workplace for remote meetings, and what stands out to me is how smooth the video conferencing experience is. The interface is straightforward, so I don’t have to waste time figuring things out. The screen sharing feature has been a lifesaver when presenting ideas to my team, and I’ve also found the breakout rooms incredibly useful for brainstorming sessions. These features make collaboration feel more dynamic and engaging.

I enjoy having features, like Zoom Phone, so I can talk to clients without having to use my personal phone number. This also allows me to take calls on my computer, like I would a video call. It gives me better work-life balance. It's easy to use and sits right on the dock of my laptop. It's also easy to implement across an organization, giving employees a unified place to meet and discuss. It's also super useful for integrating note-taking apps with, and provides transparency to clients that the meeting is being recorded. I use Zoom Workplace pretty much every day.

Overall Zoom is easy to use. I mainly use it for conducting video calls to onboard clients. I like the chat and share screen features. Those are my 2 most used features and I find them easy to use, even for non tech savvy users. I use Zoom daily and use it for all of my meetings. I find the overall video and audio quality to be good. Have never had an issue!

I love having different ways to communicate with my climate through Zoom Workplace. I can use the chat box or the annotation tools to write directly on the screen. I also love the ability to only share a portion of the screen so that my clients don't see everything that I see on my end. With Zoom Workplace, you can use custom backgrounds and greenscreens so that you can meet virtually from anywhere and still appear professional. It is very rare that I experience a dropped call or technical issues.
