I love that Square Online allows for inventory integration across the website and the app. I sell both online and in-person and it is critical that the software removes sold items from the site automatically if I get an in-person sale.

What I like most about Square online is it is beyond user friendly for me and my customers. It is a widely accepted software and my customers were able to pay simply by clicking on a link or invoice. Square also has donation links. This came in handy when I was raising money.

I like the fact that you can create invoices with various payment options including AfterPay and CashApp. When a client receives an invoice via email, it is very easy for them to click and make a payment. I also really like the fact that you can create a payment schedule that automatically reminds the client when a payment is due.

Square is great at on-the-go ordering and managing. I love the simplicity of the app and the features it comes with for balancing receipts and metrics.

The extensive list of integrations is a big plus with Square Payments. We use it for two businesses, our online notarization company and a catering booking gig work platform. It's easy to use and to train others on.
